1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the MSA Student Portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations of the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi.

2. Eligibility

Access to this portal is restricted to active students, faculty, and administrative staff of FMS Delhi. Use of an official `@fms.edu` email address is mandatory for authentication. Unauthorized access by individuals outside the FMS community is strictly prohibited.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of the portal, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your session and institutional credentials.
• Use the portal exclusively for academic and institutional purposes.
• Respect the integrity of event registrations and notice board postings.

4. Role-Specific Conduct

Users with elevated permissions (Class Representatives, POR holders, and Admins) have additional responsibilities:

• CRs: Must ensure class reschedules reflect actual faculty-approved changes.
• POR Holders: Must ensure event details are accurate and comply with MSA guidelines.
• Admins: Must handle user data and approval workflows with strict impartiality.

5. Disclaimers

While we strive to provide the most accurate and up-to-date schedule and event information, the MSA Portal is a digital tool and should be cross-referenced with official administrative notifications where critical. FMS Delhi and the MSA are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by technical downtime or data entry errors.

6. Modifications

The MSA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via the Notice Board module. Continued use of the portal after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
